لست مهزوماً كي أُنكّس رايتي
ولست منتصراً كي أرفع شارة النصر
أنا الآن ..
كلّما متُّ .. أعود وأجمع أشلائي
I am not defeated so as to hang down my banner…
and I am not a victor so as to lift up the sign of victory….
Now, as for me .. whenever I pass away ,
I rise again and collect my remains

ما أروعهم ..
الذين يبتعدون لانشغالنا عنهم
ويعودون بكل هشاشتهم
للوقوف سنداً ..
كلما أوشكنا على السقوط …
How great are those who walk away
from us due to their
Preoccupation….
And then they come back fragile
Just to stand by us side by side….
Whenever we are about to collapse
